* My nephew and I bought two identical Honda, model HS1132 snowthrowers, online, from Mayberry Sales in Port Murray, N.J. in August 2001 for a total of approx. $4,630. When they had to take my money all went smooth. When I had a problem and called for repair, under warranty, they didn't want to know me.
I called several times and finally got to speak with Don Mayberry. He wound-up giving me the run around telling me he was closing but he'd call me the following Monday. When he didn't call, I called, never to be allowed to speak with him. I emailed him, he never acknowledged my email.
Because of distance I didn't pursue it. I went to two other Honda, authorized dealers in my area. They would not honor my warranty.
They all made excuses why they couldn't service my machine. One of them rmended me to a bogus, non-exsistent dealer.
